Registration

Waiver of Liability/Indemnification. In return for the privilege of using or occupying Alpha Athletics, L.L.C.’s (“AA”) equipment, services, facilities, AA members, and/or premises, I agree, individually, or on behalf of my child or children, or by or on behalf of my guests, invitees and/or minor children, to assume the entire responsibility and liability and will protect, indemnify, hold harmless and defend, and waive all liability of AA, its managers, members, employees, and agents, from and against any and all losses, expenses, demands, claims, suits, and/or causes of action whatsoever, to person or property arising out of or connected with the use of any of the equipment, services and/or facilities of AA or the premises where the same are located, whether caused by the sole, joint or concurrent fault or negligence of AA, its managers, members, employees, and/or agents, or otherwise arising from any source during the conduct of AA’s operations, including, but not limited to, lessons for hitting, throwing, catching, sliding, running, pitching, or fielding offered by AA and/or its managers, members, employees, and/ or agents, and pay all damages, legal interest, costs and expenses of defense, including attorneys’ fees, in connection therewith or resulting therefrom. Further, I understand and acknowledge that there is risk of injury, including death, to myself, my child or children, my guests, invitees, or minors in my company and/or under my care and/or authority and/or supervision who use or occupy AA’s equipment, services, facilities, and premises. This agreement is governed under Louisiana law.
